During the Annual General Meeting held on June 29, the Shareholders of MedApp S.A. decided to appoint Mr. Bogus\u0142aw Bodzioch to the Supervisory Board. His candidacy was proposed by minority shareholders, whom he will represent on the Supervisory Board. In the opinion of the Management Board,the appointment of a representative of minority shareholders to the Supervisory Board will strengthen the transparency of the Company.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mr. Boguslaw Bodzioch, a minority shareholder of MedApp, is professionally related to the manufacturing industry. In hiscareer to date, he has repeatedly served on the supervisory boards of various companies, including PRIME BIT GAMES and Dent-a-medical S.A.<\/p>\n

\u201cBoth I, as the CEO of the Company, and the majority Shareholders are keen to have more communication opportunities and the ability to enable minority Shareholders to exercise supervision. The Board should reflect the ownership structure of the Company, andin MedApp S.A. Minority Shareholders account for nearly 40 percent.
