The Management Board informs about actions taken by the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) regarding the Issuer's liabilities and the application submitted to pay the amounts due in instalments. Maintaining operational continuity remains the priority.
The Management Board of MedApp S.A. informs that the Company has become aware of actions taken by the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) regarding the Issuer's liabilities and the related formal proceedings. The Company remains in contact with ZUS and is taking intensive steps to work out a solution that will allow the liabilities to be settled and the Company to continue operating in a stable and uninterrupted manner.
At the same time, the Issuer has submitted an application to pay the amounts due in instalments and is conducting a constructive dialogue with ZUS in order to reach an agreement that will bring the matter to a positive conclusion. The Management Board emphasises that maintaining operational continuity, developing business projects and safeguarding the interests of all of the Company's stakeholders remain the priority.
Any information on further arrangements and decisions of the authorities will be published exclusively through official reporting channels, including the ESPI and EBI systems, in accordance with the Issuer's disclosure obligations.
The Management Board assures that the Company is acting with due diligence and is making every effort to resolve the situation in a manner that is transparent and beneficial to the market, partners and shareholders.
