Changes in the shareholding structure of MedApp S.A..
Doktor Guzik Fundacja Rodzinna has acquired 51.81% of MedApp S.A. shares, while Amida Capital and Blue Ring have sold their entire holdings. The new shareholder fully supports the company's foreign expansion strategy.
In the first days of April 2024 significant changes took place in the shareholding structure of MedApp S.A. Doktor Guzik Fundacja Rodzinna (a family foundation) acquired 51.81% of the company's shares. At the same time the previous shareholders, Amida Capital Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. and Blue Ring sp. z o.o., sold their entire holdings in MedApp S.A.

The US market welcomed MedApp with great interest.
MedApp S.A. continues its dynamic expansion into foreign markets with a particular focus on the US, as evidenced by its participation in one of the largest medical technology trade shows in the world – HIMSS24 in Orlando, Florida.
“We are pleased with the large number of conversations held with physicians, representatives of medical training centres and universities, venture capital funds, people from the business and M&A community, distributors, innovation managers and directors, representatives of the US administration, start-up founders, software service providers and many other stakeholders from the wider medical market representing North America, Europe and Asia,” MedApp wrote in its report from the event.
MedApp's augmented reality and AI-based solutions can support physicians in military hospitals and in operational conditions. The company holds an NCAGE code, and its subsidiary has applied for a licence to trade in military-purpose technology.
The Management Board informs about actions taken by the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) regarding the Issuer's liabilities and the application submitted to pay the amounts due in instalments. Maintaining operational continuity remains the priority.
