Rapid analysis of ECG tests with artificial intelligence support
The CarnaLife System app connects to Holter monitors and allows remote monitoring of patients under the facility’s care. Patient-submitted ECGs are pre-analyzed by certified artificial intelligence algorithms, which translates into the physician spending less time analyzing the test and making a diagnosis more easily. By having the patient use the testing device at all times while at home, the diagnosis is targeted. Testing can be done in everyday situations that may be associated with an exacerbation of symptoms, e.g., at work, in the morning, on weekends, etc.
Certified algorithms that detect ECG signal abnormalities at levels above 95%*
The artificial intelligence algorithms are EC-57 compliant, validated using MIT BIH, NST, AHA reference databases and clinical data. They provide 98.78% efficiency for heart rhythm detection and analysis, 95.5% efficiency for detection of supraventricular events and atrial fibrillation, and 95.5% efficiency for detection of ventricular events. The algorithms are powered by anonymized patient data and thus continuously improve their effectiveness.
Support in cardiac rehabilitation of patients after myocardial infarction with teleconsultation and follow-up
CarnaLife System allows remote collection of ECG, blood pressure and optional pulse oximetry measurements. Tests are conducted under the guidance of a specialist who, in remote contact with the patient, suggests exercises, rest or other solutions to support rehabilitation.
Clear reports with information necessary for diagnosis
CarnaLife System generates reports from resting ECG, Event-Holter, and Holter tests that clearly present the full statistics of the examination, including ECG tracings with examples of abnormalities found during the test, as well as trends in heart rate changes with labeling of areas where abnormalities occurred. The system also offers the possibility of printing out the entire test and processing it in a manner convenient for the physician – the specialist can describe individual parts of the examination, cut out and archive them or process them in any way (amplify, invert, measure, etc.)

Monitoring can be performed around the clock and on a long-term basis. Access to the data is unrestricted thanks to storing them in Microsoft Azure cloud. CarnaLife System is a scalable diagnostic solution with no limit on registered patients and on the amount of data processed.
More efficient management of facility, patient data repository, services and appointment scheduling
CarnaLife System is connected to Project P1, enabling solutions such as e-prescriptions and e-referrals, as well as functionality designed for remote appointments, chat and video visits. The app also facilitates comprehensive management of the medical facility, staff and the use of the appointment scheduler, which makes organization of work easier along with the possibility to choose services provided remotely and in person. Implement electronic payments to commercialize services more easily. The app can serve as a repository of data, including test results, patient data and information on the work of the medical staff. The encrypted data are only available to authorized facility staff and the patient. It is possible to limit the visibility of data by account type, e.g., physician, administrator, or nurse.
Support for diagnostics with detailed reporting and artificial intelligence
By using proprietary, medical class IIb certified algorithms and big data, CarnaLife System can serve as a substantial diagnostics support tool for physicians. The data repository created by the app enables reporting key information concerning the patient and individual tests. For a nursing home
CarnaLife System continuously monitors the health of your residents. Monitoring can be performed around the clock and over a long period of time, so that creating an in-depth report is also possible. As an addition to the diagnostics, the system enables support in daily functioning. The senior receives a wristband that:
- notifies their caregivers of emergencies with an SOS button
- detects falls or straying from the nursing home
- provides continuous measurement of heart rate and body temperature

CarnaLife System is a module of the analytical telemedicine system CarnaLife, which is certified as a medical device supporting diagnostics, a notified body authorized by the Ministry of Health. Class IIb, by TÜV NORD Polska Sp. z o.o.a notified body authorised by the Ministry of Health.

How does CarnaLife System work?
Collaboration between doctor and patient at a distance
The physician uses the CarnaLife System application on their computer. The app allows them to receive examination results from patients, analyze them and manage patients under specialist care. The patient receives access to the CarnaLife System mobile app, available on Android and iOS. The mobile app is always close to the patient as a day-to-day medical assistant and support.
Real-time recording and analysis of patient examinations
The patient remotely performs tests using the devices they received from their doctor, or tests themselves with their own devices. Measurement and test results are uploaded to the app, or added by the patient themselves. The system securely collects medical data in Microsoft Azure cloud and then analyzes them using artificial intelligence algorithms. The physician verifies the result of the analysis. This approach means that the time previously spent by medical staff on data analysis can now be spent on patient care. At the same time, the risk of making a mistake or overlooking disturbing data decreases.
Prioritization of test results and alerts
The system first displays results that fall outside the established norm. Based on this, the doctor may recommend an earlier appointment or a remote consultation. If the results are normal, they may postpone the appointment, extend drug therapy, or make recommendations without without contacting the patient directly.
